It's a service they offer and great idea but at the consumers expense and Deception & Deceit is the objective with to people who benefit in today's world of being trust worthy people and not so good people and your expression should be one! Like the deer and the headlights time and time I've told people that phones , computers, softwares and same features added to a vehicle you purchased or cell phone you purchased and using the WWW World Wide Web have now been invited to your very own but not realizing that your phone is a sending and receiving hand held radio transmitter with a low band frequency HTz or MHz, if your allowed to talk they can listen if you can FaceTime they probably can see your photos and live video. I have known this for years until it made the news and I began to laugh if you purchased the new IPhone or any other cell phone it's accessible trust me technology is constantly revamping and updating constantly to prevent these but there no guarantees things. I have my solution in this case and matter get a broken non functioning Auxillary cable and cut it athe comnnection to the wire and place in your auxillary and no sound is amplified as for the lensesto front and back of the cameras camera sections on the phone I cover with duck tape such as electrical tape, yes people will be sheep caus

Purchased a new GM auto and let my on star lapse, these people are nothing more than spammers and big pains in the ****, we do not answer the call which comes at least three times daily. Caller ID is nice to have it takes care of these pains in the ****. We don't use our vehicle enough to need their services, they will some day eventually give up and fade into the sunset.

Onstar Services. They call & call & call, etc after one buys a new GM vehicle equipped with onstar. Also, they will send mailers until one subscribes to their deceptive practices. Block the call, or simply refuse to answer.
