It is a company DTE uses to do Customer Satisfaction surveys. If you call it back, you can get your number off of their calling list! (I just did it!)

Got a call from this number (888)689-9306 several times this week. They don't leave a message. They are calling a cell phone where I have to pay for each call and each minute they use of my time, it is more than annoying cause they are costing me money. A review of some of these postings i.e. calls to childrens phone and at odd hours indicate that DTE is abusing our trust and goodwill. These obviously are not business calls to benefit the customer, rather they are considered nuisance calls by those who get the calls. Any **** up without clear identification of the call is su****ious Busy work for DTE so THEY look good at our expense, in my case literally at my expense should not be permitted and is offensive. I am going to complain to the State Attorney General. I recommend that others posting here do the same.
