I keep getting calls from this number, you can tell it is a call center from India with all of the background noise and he has an Indian accent. He had access to my address, and attempted to verify my date of birth. The date of birth he had was incorrect. I have also reported this call to Blue Cross Blue Shields Fraud Division at 877-327-2583

How this works is - they offer to get you full value for your listed vehicle (they troll vehicle ads for the contact info), then they guarantee that you will get your full asking price, and that they have a private buyer's list that they will use to obtain the goal of selling your vehicle. In reality, there is no list and they don't even list your vehicle. You send them $199.00 and after 90 days if it still isn't sold - they refund your 199.00 minus a small handling charge. Technically, it’s not illegal. If they can get enough people to fall for this, it’s not a bad business model. Basically, they net about $20 or ******cks from you for doing nothing! All they have to do is wait out their guarantee period.
