Answered the call, caller ID said it was Vicki and I have a sister named Vicki. Young make voice asked how was I doing and I asked why was my caller ID identifying him as Vicki? Male's voice not American, just hang up. I called the number back, a young lady, not American, said hello. I was asking why did they disconnect their call a minute ago, phone was disconnected again. I blocked the number.

They threaten they will be filing a formal complaint on either you or someone you know. They ask for the whereabouts of relatives. When asks ked which County they plan to file the complaint with, they stutter and say "we are not able to disclose the information".

Called all of the people on my family cell plan, told them they needed to know my whereabouts for a formal complaint that was filed. Total BS. Number called me after calling 5 of my family members first asking for my whereabouts.
