They are RRC.Inc - Revenue Recovery Corporation, you can find them and several #s on the web. I don't know who they're calling or what for but they can bite me! They call early in the mornings and let the phone ring once or twice and **** up then call right back and use up an entire message ****e saying nothing!! This morning I could hear the person calling sitting there yawning all during the msg but not saying a word and a background worker say she was Andie from RRC sounded like she had someone convinced they were buying so****ing instead of paying some bogus debt.

This is a collection agency that will not quit calling for the person that had my phone number before me. I've told them over and over that the person does not have this number anymore but they would not quit calling so now I've had to block the number from calling.
