They are full of **** and very rude. P& B they call themselves they buy old old debts even debts that already paid off or totally false debts. They tell you they are calling from Court house need you to sign a legal statement. They are liars and cheats and do not carry on as a good business should. They only give you first names and then get very rude when you try to shut their lies down. Their own website tries to tell you not to listen to the lies on these blog sites. These s*** need to be shut down.

RECORD ALL OF YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS WITH THESE PEOPLE They called and mailed me about a debt to my bank that I do not owe. I called the original creditor (my bank) and verified I was in good standing and had no outstanding debts. I then called P & B's phone number and got a "Hello?". No identification of the business I was calling. I asked who I was speaking with. He answered simply "Dave". I told them they were contacting me in error. "Dave" then wanted to know what company I was trying to reach (how many names to they go by at that same number?). I told him P & B capital. I explained that I'd contacted my bank and they knew of no such debt and advised me not to give them personal information as it was likely a scam. "Dave" wanted me to prove I was in good standing with my bank rather than prove the source of this supposed debt. I have filed a complaint with the Buffalo, NY Better Business Bureau, the FTC and my state attorney general's office. I cannot stress enough how important it is to RECORD ALL OF YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Called my dad and ask for me and he said I wasn't there so the man ask my dad was he sleeping with me my dad said no that's my daughter and would never do that they r ****** talking. I hope they leave us alone

F*** these sorry motherf***ers at P&B Capital Group, how are they going to send me a letter about a credit card I open in 2002 and paid off, and then call me telling me i owe $1232.77 but they will knock some of it off. If I don't pay $861.95 by 30 days it's going to hit my credit report. If I owe this $1232.77 the s**t will already be on my credit report. I pulled his card, and told his I did my own investigation on this matter and told s**t head to send me a copy of this file. He said he will have to call me back with the info. Why do you have to call me back the paper work should be in front of you. So he call back and said i'm sorry you are right you did take care of it. So if it was taken care of why call me 4 days in a row trying to get my f***ing money. So when I told him I was not going to pay that s**t anyway, because after 7 years it comes off your credit report. He tried to me he was sorry about the whole thing, but i told his a** that he would not have been sorry if I would have cut that **** check. Companies like this need help!!!!!

I received a call from this number and a lady named Diane left a message that I need to return the call as soon as possible. My parents also received a call this evening from the same women looking for me. She left this number and a reference number and that I needed to return the phone call this evening. I haven't lived in my parents home in 25 years and my last name is different since I am married. I have no idea who or what this is for and I do not appreciate it.

i think they call themselves P&B. They often call and ask for Sheila, then when I tell them there is no Sheila, they ask "well what is your name?" They immediately s**** a tirade including cursing about how I owe them money. When I try to tell them that I dont even know who they want to talk to, they scream "quit lying and let me talk" Really? If I were Sheila, I wouldnt pay these losers, and I doubt they are legal with these actions. I just forward to our automated system now.

Called looking for someone who doesn't live here. Asked for person by first name only, was told no one by that name resides here. Apologized and ***g up.

Calls me almost everyday saying there is an important matter to discuss. Says if I don't call him back by 6 pm or the matter will be turned over to his clients and so****ing serious will happen. I have called back many times and left a message and told them when to call me back they don't call. I don't hear back from them weeks or even months and then this s****s a***n. They won't tell me what this matter is about. This has to stop. What can I do?

some spanish guy called leaving the name and address of someone's weird name, without knowing if this person lived at the number calling. Thats how crime is taking over this country, inmigrants doing jobs they are not fit to do!

A John Moore called asking for my friend who I have not seen in a long time. They gave me a case number. I asked them how they got my number and they refused to tell me. When I asked them not to call me a***n they ***g up. I hope this doesn't get out of hand. Any suggestions?

They keep calling my work and cell even though I have tried to give my attorney name and phone numbner. Very rude and degrading to me on the phone.

I have asked this person to NOT call my place of employment. She continued to call me on a daily basis and then asked for my Human Resources Department to have my wages garnished. I ***g up!

I have elderly parents who are ill; someone from this called them at 8:59 PM after they were in bed to try to contact me. I have not lived with my parents in 15 years and have never lived in the state that they live in now. I feel it is a disgrace that these people stoop to contact elderly people at at time that is late at night to them for no good reason.

They constantly call asking for someone we have no clue who it is and won't stop calling.

I received calls every other month from these people. I would not give them my bank account number but they are quick to accept Western Union. The person who calls would not give their last name and refuses to give me a direct line only a 1-800 number. I want to know if P&B is legal. I can't even trace the call to make sure this group of people is legal!!

These people keep calling my home.First from a company saying they were sending this to a collection agency.****** me gave them my social security number to verify it was the wrong person.Have recieved 4 calls since, today guy was yelling at me than ***g up on me.I was very upset and dont know how to stop this.And they know they have the wrong person.Is there anything else i can do?

Someone from this debt collection agency called me at work. I called and left a message and told them not to call me other than my home number but I would prefer correspondence via mail. Later I found out that someone from there called my 85 year old mother. Needless to say, she was very upset. She has heart problems and didn't understand, but the person told her about the situation. Very bad move!!!!! I am preparing a written response and don't want any phone calls, NONE!!!!!!!

Someone calls from 888-569-9635 every morning at the same time. I tell them no one lives here by that name and they ask for my social... I didnt give it to them but some one will fall for it. They need to be stopped

Upon visiting this site I learned the iden***y of the culprits who are making these annoying calls. My credit performance is perfect and I have no idea why they are making these calls. Why would they be immune to penalties provided by the Do Not Call law? Would it be effective to file a legal complaint?

I called back and someone transferred me to his vm. I left him a vm to call back but I do not know what this is about. P & B Capitol - called my home phone number saying they are trying to reach my ***her and stepmother for "do***entation filed a***nst them". I called the number and the recording said it was a debt collector. I think this may be some kind of a scam. How did they get my new home phone number and connect it with my Dad, and not have his phone # - my Dad has had the same home phone for 25 years - just seems very fishy - I am not even going to tell my Dad and get him worried - We are also on the Do Not Call list.

Has repeatedly called my home regarding a 'debt' of my son. I spoke with 2 people and requested they not call my home as my son does not live here. Both person were rude and attempting to bully me. I'm on the No Call list and will report them if I receive another phone call.

Some how they got my cell phone number but are asking for my wife. She has had debt trouble in past but is clean now. I keep getting a recorded message saying that if this is her to press 9 if not **** up. So i never press 9 yet they keep calling. "If this is not you, **** up", that's what I did! So don't they understand she is not here? There is no option for saying this is not her phone. From other complaints, it sounds like this is a rip-off company. I hope justice is brought to them.

P&B CAPITOL CALLED WITH A RECORDED MESSAGE AT MY JOB AND I WAS ON MEDICAL LEAVE AND THE RECORDED MSG JUST KEPT SAYING MY NAME AND THAT THIS WAS A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY AND I AM A MANAGER AT MY COMPANY AND ALL MY EMPLOYEES WERE MADE AWARE THAT I HAD AN OUTSTANDING DEBT AND THEY WERE CALLING FOR ME WHICH IS BREAKING 3RD PARTY DISCLOSURE AND WHEN MY MANAGER PLACED A CALL BACK TO THE COMPANY SHE WAS TOLD BY A SO CALLED MANAGER NAMED JEFF THAT WOULD NOT GIVE HIS LAST NAME CLAIMS THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO WITH THE AUTOMATED SERVICE ...THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND A***NST THE LAW ..NIECY

These people have called every 20 minutes for the last 5 hours today. They never leave a message and they let the phone ring more than 20 times......so tired of this

These people called my ***her's house where I have never resided. They left a message on his answering ma****e for him or his wife (said the exact names) to call back at this number. My ***her not having any issues with debt of course called back and they told him they are trying to get a hold of me... well, of course my dad gave them my cell number and now they are leaving threatening voicemails. I am only going to deal with the actual credit card company... not these people. Sorry... I have already been fooled once by a credit collector... I won't be taken for another ride with this company.

These people are Bill Collectors and they call you at work or at home with a recorded message stating to call back. All they want is your bank account information or credit card numbers for a bogus past due account that does not exist and if it did exist at what time or another...the statues have ran out as of 7 years for old debts and 10 for new ones since January 2008.
