This is not a scam or a jail in any particular state. They are a 3rd party non biased firm that allows you to buy call time so inmates can call to hear a soothing voice of a friend. this is a legit company people. dont be stupid. my boyfriend just went to jail and you set up an account with them so the person in jail can call u. its like 3.50 per 15 min call u get with them. if you dont want to put money on their account so they can talk to you just dont accept the charges. otherwise stop complaining. its not a scam.

this number called me, said that some guy was trying to get in touch w/me(couldnt understand the name) and sd to accpet charges push a certain button. after i pushed it, it put me thru to an operator that said he couldnt tell me who was calling or why. everytime i asked him to explain the company and what they do to me he couldnt. He just kept saying that he couldnt help me. This same company has also called me from 888 638 8768. its some company named inmate communications programs or something like that.

this is a service that sets up pre-paid calling accounts to receive calls from inmates at jails. since most mobie companies dont let you accept collect calls anymore, this is their way to circumvent that. it's inmate caling services or something. it's legit.

Got a call from this number at about 2:50 p.m. CST. Couldn't tell what they said except something about prepaid charges. To accept the call, I was supposed to press a number (don't remember which but I think it was a single digit. Seems like there was some other option. I hung up and tried reverse look-up to no avail.
