This company is called Doc Prep Solutions and they do mortgage modifications. These nit wits think they're slick. Their auto-dial system called me about 6 times yes****ay, so I called them back numerous times telling them to stop calling me. Got a call a***n today, so I called back and talked to someone who said he was Mark and another who said he was Gary. One they said he couldn't remove my information and that they would continue to call me. Called back and the other one asked for my information to s**** a modification process. Told him that I don't want a mod and don't need one, remove my information. He ***g up. I called back and talked to Ernie, who was quite annoyed with me because he recalls that I called numerous times yes****ay. He finally said that it takes 2 weeks for my info to be removed from their system and told me to stop calling. I said stop calling me. I will continue to call until they stop calling me. Now, they know what it feels like. Just for the record, the only company that can modify your mortgage is your current mortgage company. These fools are just trying to get your money. They will claim to process a mod, but it won't get done and you'll be out of some serious cash. Here's the website to visit to file a complaint: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e37&id=d1e132. You'll have to fill out dates and times of you received the harassing calls from Doc Prep Solutions 888-505-5709. I've had enough of these people, so I'm going to complete my complaint this week.
