Our government have no teeth to bite this multi-national bank corporation. They allow this to happen to bankrupt the American People for the credit and profit of the corporation. Laws are made and dictated by the Citibank Lobbyist to protect their interest, profits and businesses. Therefore suffer and we are just wasting time here. No governnment agency will listen our call and this is real in America. Corporate Lobbyist are untouchable.

I was getting these calls every day like clockwork at 11:55am. When I ignored them, no message was left. Recognizing the number I answered today, a person introduced herself as part of Citibank and asked for my wife. I said she was dead (though she isn't). The person, without missing a beat, asked if I would be interested in a Citibank promotion.Way to go.

IF YOU CALL THIS NUMBER BACK YOU CAN "CONTINUE THE CALL" BY PRESSING 1, AND ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER. THIS WILL THEN PLACE YOUR NUMBER ON CITIBANKS "NO CALL LIST", WHICH THEY "SAY" WILL BE ACTIVE IN 30 DAYS. HOPEFULLY IT WILL STOP!!!!!

I called this number after receiving several calls. It is Citibank. You can stay on the line and go through a series of inquiries and enter name, address, etc. in order to get your name removed from thier calling list. I am already on the national "do not call" list and have never done business with Citibank. What a pain!!!!!

It's Citibank telling me that they have sent me a package about identify theft and I have been charged $1 for it and will be charged $12.95 a month until I cancel it.I cannot cancel until I receive the package, in which case I have already been charged.Heading to the Attorney General's Office soon.

Calls repeatedly and will not take no for an answer.
(888) 485-0975
Agreed it is Citibank. Even if they are exempt from the Do Not Call list if you do business with them, there should be rules on how often they can call.

I was getting those calls 2 to 3 times a day (I would see my called ID flashing). This has been going on for over two months now, and tonight I decided to answer the phone. It was some credit card company who thanked me for being a valued customer and then went into some spiel about offering iden***y theft insurance and this and that. Could barely understand a word the guy said as it sounded like he was calling from India.I have no idea what credit card as I could barely understand him. But I do have a CitiBank (due to a merger with a previous credit card company).
