The Do Not Call law says, if you are on its list, that a third party hired by a charity must stop calling you once you have asked them to stop, or pay a $16000 fine. Thanks to your info, I went to Lupus Foundation website and asked them to stop.I did this with another "charity" (NCC) about a week ago. Their calls have finally stopped, after months.

Called twice, one call after another, 1 minute apart!!! This foundation does not give up!! We do not donate to charities that call. Charity calls are just as annoying as telemarketers.
