Guy answered and was very rude ask my name and referred number. Then guy asked if my birthday is 419, Said need to tell him yes or no. Caller said they are working an old file for Capital ONe-- one that has gone to court before a judge and a settlement has been entered into! They are saying they found an additional file that I owe money for and will be sued. DO NOT talk to them. They are a collection firm with outdated records years old
