BOA refused to work with me delaying our Mortgage payment by 4 days. So I missed a payment and****essed $***dreds in penalties and they want to know when they are getting paid. So I think the number is legit but I think some hack allows scammers use legit numbers as their false calling numbers to SCAM. Plus this is BOA who has refused every refi attempt and program avail for me denied any delayed payment more than one day without ***dreds in penalties so I would not put it passed them to be behind a scam.

Received a call from 1-888-325-5357 on 6/14/2011 in ref to an account that I have with BOA. She stated she was a representative with BOA and to call the number back to verify information pertaing to this account. Called BOA custormer service and gave this information to them. They stated this was fraud/scam. It is a well known fact that BOA or any other banks do not call or e-mail there customers to verify information.A complaint was filed to the DO NOT CALL LIST in ref to this number Be very aware on what is going on..
