This is what they call a "Zombie" collection agency. Zombie collectors attempt to feed on old charged off or pre bankruptcy debt. These collectors use shady tactics and are pretty much a joke in the industry. Please be careful! Do not give them ANY information ESPECIALLY admitting to owning the debt. If you do this and its recorded, the statue of limitation is recycled and put back on your credit report.
