Call server all times a day. Annoying

I am being robbed in my account to which I have no affiliation of my knowledge 45.00 charge for prepay for what ????????????? I did not enroll in any auto pay. I seen this happen before and their are other charges from a different source i think they had access to my account. I don't go hotel ***ting. That was for 143.22 . is this a hacker special ??????????

No didn't receive a call or text, bank will reverse charges but these people who show that Verizon wireless prepaid payment also are scamming Verizon as well as us. They are nothing but thieves.

I got a dam text message from 900080004000 telling me I had to call this number 888-294-6804 , I got this text today 5/28/14 at 6;14 am. cst. it is from VZW-FREE-MSG CLAIMING I had enrolled in auto pay.saying this is confirmation of your acceptiance. if you did not enroll in auto pay please contact 888-294-6804

This happened to my friend and now what????

Verizon wireless prepaid service automatically runs credit card information that doesn't belong to their account holders. They do not try to correct their mistakes instead they place the blame on whomever that account holder is. I have a problem with this because my credit card was fraudulently run. I spoke with account rep Katrina and she tried to blame the owner of the phone then I asked to speak with someone to see what can be done about reversing the charge back to my card she said that she couldn't do it but could get me to a supervisor to help. I was then transferred to a supervisor by the name of Telisha and was given the unfornately nothing can be done line. It's funny how everything can be done to take your money but nothing can be done to get your money back to you. I did not authorize this charge and don't appreciate it being done without my permission.

I received my cc bill today and noticed the three charges from VZWRLSS*ECARS OT 888-294-6804 CA. I called my cc company and they confirmed that the charges was from verizon and the thing is I don't have a verizon phone or prepaid phone or anything of the such. No one has ever touched my cc and I always keep it in a safe place, I have no idea how someone can get my cc information since I really never use it. So far my cc company is taking action and going to do an investigation on this situation, also I went to the verizon store and talked to them about the situation but all they said is that there really isn't nothing they could do since I didn't have an account with them. Well hopefully my cc company can figure out who's behind this.

i did not get any calls from this number, but i had a 100 dollar mastercard gift card and when i tried to use it earlier today (dec 1) on amazon, i found out that someone else had already charged $90 on it this morning in a place called folsom CA. im in the process of getting the money back with mastercard, but it will take an extrordinarily long time. lucky i caught this today though, could have been worse. this seems like a pretty big problem. one difference though, mine said vzwrlss-ivr vw.

Bank called our friend today Sunday!! advising him of apparent ATM/Debit card fraud. Same 888-294-6804 number. A Google search of that number gave MANY hits, much fraud, lots of victims. Our friend can't recall ever having his card gone or missing from his wallet. On-line attempts to use the card numbers was Friday March 28!!

they just called me twice and i called verizon to see if there was an update and they knew nothing. if this is true this ****s. I am just gonna go the the cops the next time it calls and tell them they are harrassing me and have them call them.
