Got a text saying, “It's not too late to insure your phone! Add Total Mobile Protection & get 1 month free. Reply ENROLL. Text HELP for info, STOP to unsubscribe.” It seems like it might be an authorized Verizon retail store based on the past reports here (this phone was purchased at a Verizon store). But that doesn’t stop it from being an unwanted spam text.

When I opened my verizon a account they told me about this backpack give away. Once a year they have a bbq at their stores and give away free back packs to kids for school. Through out the year they accept offers of school supplies for this bbq. It is legit and sounds like a great deal for low income kids
