If you don't want people to call you, don't give out your personal cell phone number! You signed up to get a quote from Nationwide, so their calls are legit. Call them back and tell them you are no longer interested, and to take you off their call list. In addition, follow-up with a written letter, and keep a copy. If you keep getting calls after they got the letter, file a complaint with your local state consumer protection agency or with the FCC.
