I received a call from this number today (Santander), calling me, to tell me I needed to get in touch with my Ex, because she is 5 payments behind (no surprises there). First of all... not MY problem (I am not on the loan, don't have the vehicle, never even seen the vehicle)... secondly, contacting me about a contract/debt that I do NOT have with their company, and discussing the details of said contract/loan about a 3rd-party is ILLEGAL... lastly, how in the***** did they get my cell phone number?? I have informed the representative of that facts, and WILL press charges, and notify the Attorney General in my state, if they call a***n. $1000 fines, payable to ME for every call they make to my phone after today!

These people have called looking for a person who had committed federal offenses a***nst me and who had gone to prison for 6 years with 2 years probation. I explained I am the victim to this person with no other relation what-so-ever. I have a permanent restraining order a***nst him and any other third party contact no matter the reason. i s****ed getting calls from these people and now they call several times a day. i told them that i don't have a car loan and that i've had my number for over 2 years. they continue to call, suggesting that i know these people and are interfering with their collection attempts. moreover, they have used some cross referencing database to find my home number and are harassing me on my home phone dispite that my phones have completely different area codes. i rarely answer either of my phones anymore. when i called back to have my number removed from their lists, some houchie s****ed yelling at me and told me that i had to listen to her whole script before she would remove my number. i just ***g up. it's time to envoke the federal debt collections practice act.

These people call 4-8 times a day 7 days a week. I send my car payment every month on the second of the month and is there before the due date of the 10th every month. I am less than 15 days behind on a half a payment and send them 10.00 over the payment every month and they will not work with me. They are nasty, inconsiderate people that do not care.
