I just got off the phone with PayPal. This IS their number, however they will not call you. You can call them. They will only contact you through the email they have on file. It is a SCAM if THEY CALL YOU! Beware!
(888) 221-1161 - July 31st, 2022 2:06pm
It may be PayPal but I just got scammed using PayPal and somebody hacked my son’s PayPal. I received a call last week from a GDC number. I knew the number so I answered and I called it back. Valid GDC number but it had been s****ed by the scammer as had another callback number they gave me. Always call the number back to verify.

This IS Paypal Customer Service number. I know because I call it myself! Can it be s****ed? Possibly. Always call PayPal yourself.

My advice to everyone is to use Robo****er. I have no vested interest in promoting Robo****er. I am just an extremely satisfied customer. If you **** up on a scammer that just validates the point that the scammer got to you in the first place. Robo****er don’t even let them get through to me. I just LOOOOOOOOOOVE my Robo****er!!!😃
(888) 221-1161 - April 25th, 2022 4:19am
The number was listed in a spam Phishing email as a clickable link. That is a big red flag! Even if the number is the real Customer Service number, clicking it will very likely dial you through to the scammer’s number. NEVER CLICK ON A NUMBER LISTED IN A SPAM EMAIL!!! I only dial official numbers within my contact list. Those starving scammers use technology to trick people into thinking there is an official number listed. I 🙠for the people who have a trusting nature. Those people are like sheep just ready to be devoured by wolves!
(888) 221-1161 - April 24th, 2022 5:08am
I have received an email twice from this ***** scammer! The first red flag was that the email has always been filtered to the spam folder. I am even careful about unsolicited messages that make it into my inbox! What the scammer is hoping is that you will click the link out of fear that someone has hacked your account if you have one, or that someone opened an account in your name if you don’t have one. Either way, that mistake will direct you to a crook who will pretend to verify your iden***y. In fact any information you give will be used to steal your iden***y! BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ALWAYS!! As far as calls go, I use Robo****er. The *****es / *******s can’t even reach me. If this is what they do for a living, they must be starved. The poor things! Someone please through them a fish, or maybe just a big pile of cow dung! Anyone who says this is really PayPal is either one of the PayPal Imposters or just too ignorant to recognize even the slightest sign of a scam!

This number is on a redial. I'm on a Verify site learning more about that pig than I ever wanted to know. THIS NUMBER is called from one of our phones. I'll add another comment if I find it incoming but, what I've found is that there's a SYSTEM of calls, certain number of rings, then call back a number to get another number. OR.. He's also on a systematic call with a certain amount of calls per month or whatever.. LONG STORY. This line is bad.. W****S I'm guessing
