We have information about package #67475182, we are not able to deliver your package please call 1-888-215-2708 to update. Stop to stop notifications. Then I called (blocking my number) and a recording said I had reached SP Processing and they were looking for someone. The recording wanted to know if I was that person. I said no and it ***g up on me. Weird.

This number listed as point of contact for Mark Smith in a letter I received from "Vehicle Services Division" stating that my "...factory warranty has expired or may be about to expire." The letter is a scam! The only "warranty" I currently have is on a Kia, which has 50 months left on a 60 month warranty.
