I was a good customer of Comcast for many years. I ended my service last year for a better service. I sent my modem that was a rental $5/month many months ago. The modem isn't worth $5 today. I have a receipt from UPS when I mailed back the modem. I now get robo-called daily. I consider this as harassment. I would advise other people who are leaving Comcast to do***ent the return of the modem and and any harassing phone calls.
