Left message saying we owed money on a credit card. Husband went through everything, ALL bills are paid, currant and up to date. We have nothing outstanding. We have NO idea what they are talking about! This HAS to be a scam!

This is a collection agency called FMS. They usually are calling you for someone you are related to. In my case it was for my brother who lives on the opposite side of the U.S.A. from me. I think they found the****ociation through People Search. This is Advanced Credit Recovery based out of New York State. 877-858-0221 is just one of their many numbers****igned to them (no doubt a switchboard).
