Calls 3 times a day no one on the other line-won't talk? Won't leave message if I don't get phone. Every day between 11 am-1pm. Can count on 3 calls from them? Not finding out who they are-but have established I am not the only one.

they are spammers. I've created a contact in my address book called "Block Caller" and add these numbers to it when they call. Then block the call with the block caller feature in the android. works great!
