This is a complete SCAM. I've been receiving calls for weeks and finally called the number back today. First, we all know that if you were calling the real Comcast, there would be 5 minutes of automated verification before you got a live person. When I called this number back, there was a very quick "Comcast" message and then some guy picked up the line literally 10 seconds later. There was so much background noise (rustling, wind, other commotion) that it was obvious this guy was OUTSIDE and had calls being transferred to his cell phone! He asked if I was calling in reference to a missed call and I said yes. I asked for my phone number and I told him to tell me what the calls were in reference to. He rudely insisted that I just give him my number so I told him to **** off.

Between Sept 30th & Oct 15th I have gotten 7 calls from 877-787-2893. I never pick up because I don't recognize the number, but no one leaves a message so this must be spam. I really am annoyed with the repeated calls to my number. When I searched for the number in listings it doesn't come up.

They have been calling constantly for over 2 weeks now. Once left a message saying they were Comcast "calling in regards to our cancelled service". Our service is not cancelled so I have no idea if they are a scam or some outsourced sales. The message also stated customer service was only available 8am-5pm daily but the calls are coming in later and later. This evening it was almost 9pm cst.
