I got a call from here and after answering it took a few seconds but then a woman was on the line and said she was from CDS or LDS International (must have been MDS) making calls on behalf of a Bible organization I had donated to before. She was nice, it sounded completely legit. We'll see if they keep calling even though they've contacted me and gotten an answer...

They are a fundraising company. Fundraising calls are exempt from the "Do not call list", however, you can call the 877 number back, get a recording, and leave a message w/your number to be removed from their list.
