Collection department by Vonage They called me regarding some fees after I closed my account with vonage

they call me a few times every day but when i try and figure out who is it they just get rude and then **** up, i have to them to stop calling but they dont. who are they.?

Just got a new number an have been receiving calls from this number asking for Chris no last name. Caller had heavy Indian accent and there was a lot of background noise.

I get calls about every two weeks. When I answer they are completely silent. After about a minute they just **** up.

These creeps have been leaving messages on my phone ma****e since September. It's the same creep in the message (although he uses different names) telling me that I MUST contact them IMMEDIATELY because I've been "neglecting" their calls. NOT! If this is some creepy credit collection agency, they have the wrong person because I have A1 credit and no issues with anyone. I've had to tell I don't know how many credit collection people bugging me that they have the wrong number for the person they are looking for. They are suppose to remove my phone number from their list, but obviously they don't. I'm sick of this kind of stuff. How does one stop these creeps from calling an innocent person? This has been going on for several years. Apparently some dead beat is using my phone number.

I have had repeated calls from both numbers aking for some one who has never even been to this home let alone live here!!!!! I called the Manager of this business and told him that this WILL STOP, OR ELSE!!!  He said it wasn't his company... I am now logging these calls from the time and what ever shows up on caller Id  and the date, after the tenth phone call, my phone company WILL GET THE LIST AND THEY GET TURNED IN, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BS !!!!!!!!!!!!

I too was getting calls from 877-567-2620 and left another number to call.  I don't owe Sprint or Verizon any money nor do I have an account with them.  Looks like boas fraud phone calls

they called asking for my by just my first name. my mother picked up and asked me if i knew who was calling, the person identified themself as nicole..just a first name, also said it was about a business arrangement that i would know about.

the female named ms kelly was very rude and disrespectful and yelled and demanded me to make a payment i am currently unemployed single mother of 2 she is harassing me for sprint cell phone company.

Caller says he is from Verizon on voice mail and leaves a return tele number of 770-612-7656 and the name of Bob Green but caller ID shows 877-567-2620. I owe zero to Verizon.

It's a collection agency by the name of Receivable Management Services (RMS). I got called today and they said they are an agency working through Sprint. I called Sprint and indeed they are legit. Sprint reported me in error, I don't even have their service anymore and they told the company that I owed for 2 months past due and that they disconnected my service. I've been with another carrier for months! So if they call and say it's to do with Sprint, call Sprint first before making payments, the totals are probably incorrect because Sprint is ******ed.

First number was from OHIO 330-659-5443 and left no message, second call was from the same number and left a message to call 877-567-2620 and apparently this is a collection agency called RMS.  The website is under rmsna.com.

they left a message saying they wanted to talk to me about "a letter i had received" from rms.  i haven't received any letter like this, and can't find any info about rms online.  what is this?
