I was trying to find the number of my local charter communications. I called 775-327-4266 and I don't think it was the right number because a very foreign sounding person answered the call. I just had a couple of basic questions that needed to be answered and the guy kept trying to get my address even though I already told him I just had a quick question. After wasting my time he tried to get me to stay on the line to accept some supposed $100 restaurant reward, and I said no thank you and ***g up. Just trying to go about my day, jeeze. Anyway so I got one missed call from this 8775204030 number and then when they called back I answered and it was the same loser saying he was from Charter. I just ***g up. I'm not sure if this is just spam or actually Charter but all I know is that last time I tried to call my local Charter Communications to ask a couple of questions they were really professional, understood I wasn't signing up that day for services, and they sure didn't harass me a***n after I already got the information I initially called for.
