This is a scam according to the FCC. When you Google this phone number the first thing to pop up is a warning from the FCC. https://www.fcc.gov/phone-scam-s****s-postcard

Knew all my information and was pretending to be a debt collection agency and was taking me to court if I didnt pay "this full balance" which this scammer knew all my information some how. At least my birth date, last 4 of social and knew the exact amount of what I owe on a loan. This person also called and harassed my mom asking for my location and said my county is looking for me as well.
