I have been getting calls 2-3 per day and every time they will not talk and **** up. Today I called it right back . It was an automated phone call from Citi wanting to contact me about protection. I went through the prompts because at this point I was hoping to speak to someone real to ask what is the deal with multiple calls and ****ing up all the time but did not get anyone. I did get to a point where it gave me the option to have my number removed from their calling list, I did it but it "could take up to 30 days".

I have been getting this phone call for a couple of months now and it is quite annoying and ******. Maybe if a person was at the other end they will stop calling because this is the ******est thing ever. When prompted for my name and address I said to have a real live person on the line. I am not going to give out personal information to a fricken phone number. That is inviting iden***y theft. I called the number back and got a ludicrous long options menus. Why cant these ****** companies have an option where we can voice our displeasure at them being so rude and ******.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number -- sometimes three or four a day. When I pick up the phone, there is no one there and it disconnects. When you call the number back, it says thank you for calling payment aid and asks you for information in the following order, your phone number, then your zip code then your address. If you try to press 0 to get an operator, it say you're made an invalid entry. I have given the system anything other than my phone number and my zip code.

I too have been receiving calls form this number. I called citi-bank and asked if this was them. They said that they do have a program called payment aid but the number that has been calling is not one of theirs. After further research i found this http://www.spokane.net/stay_connected/PressReleases.aspx?prid=1390 looks like it is some kind of AMWAY knock off called union workers credit services. 6 calls a day is s****ing to make me grumpy

By th links below it appears to be Citibank but they claim not to know anything about this. This seems like a real scam! I am on a do not call list and do not****ociate with Citibank.
