I called back this number. They said they are from the City of Albuquerque and are trying to collect on a s***ding citation from 2007 for which I do not recall, they knew my name and previous address some how and they threatened me they already reported this "alleged" debt on my credit report. I asked them who they were and they told me it didn't matter. When they told me they reported to collections I told them they have to prove it was me, they have no proof to show me, he kept threatening me so I ***g up.

This is a fraud based collection company. They say it is in reference to a civil citation in the City of Albuquerque New Mexico. it is actually a collections company for red light camera systems. Which is part of the now defunct red light camera program. they also added a s***d camera function to the red light cameras 90 percent of the cameras issued citations for s***d not running the red lights. What most people did not know is that a majority of the fine went to the company not to the city they also adjusted camera times to entrap people with the red light camera. This is not the City of Albuquerque it is a collections company for red light it is nothing more than a civil citation it is not criminal.
