They called me today at 12;10pm and out and right lied and said that it was not about a debt. Man claimed it was about personal business and even after i confirmed who I was, he still wouldn't admit the it was a debit collector. I make sure to do***ent all these calls, because I have won 2 settlements from debt collector over the past few years. once you tell confirm that it is you, and request they never call you a***n, any more calls is harassment. Its not like they don't have our address and they can't mail us information. calling people about debts and lying about why you are calling is deceitful and harassment and its ILLEGAL.

They keep calling me and **** up, I called them to ask why they are calling and she asked me what number they are calling and I told her she could not find the number so she can't stop the calls. I'm not going to give her my name which she did not ask. At least she was not rude but so****ing fishy about this company!

OK...... So you are going to turn it over to the police why??? Because someone called you? The police aren't going to do anything, and when they get off the phone they are going to laugh about the lady that called because a collection agency called her house.

I got a call this a.m. the woman asked for me by name and without think I answered, she  then asked me if I know some random person I said no and she ***g up. She DID NOT identify herself at all.   If this is a collection agency I dont know why they are calling me because im not behind on my bills.  My caller ID picked up the number 877-395-3541.  She woke me up out of my sleep with this phone call and she did not identify herself but she asked for me by name.  I am certain she asked for my name  to verify she had the correct number.  My number is a landline and its unlisted. I did call the number back and got a voice mail asking for a reference number but I dont have a reference number so I didnt leave a message.  I have no idea why they are calling me. Thanks for your help.  I guess I will just turn if over to the police if they call a***n.

I recieved a call from them saying I didn't pay off an old bill and that if I didn't pay it in a lump sum I would be taken to court. But I already paid this bill back in 2006 so I asked if that was the case why are they just not contacting me. That call was a gim**** trying to get money and I know it. I tried calling back a few days ago, all the number does is ring 2 times then gives a busy signal.

Yes, you are right.  He is on another board with the same information.  Hmmm...  why can this joker get all the information when they will not say two words to you when you are on the phone?  They say they are a law office.  An attorney.  Threaten with legal action.  Well, you ****** s**ts, why don't you following guidelines to collection and send a debt validation letter?  Oh, that would take someone with intelligence.  So easy to pick up a phone and act all high and mighty.  We will see you in court.

i just bacame a victim of iden***y theft too and i just got this call today.she just says "this is matis sale call it is important that you call back today    at 877 395-3541.liky you im not calling anyone back with out complete information and i dont owe anyone money.

Received quick phone call from them; telling me to call back and not a sales call.  I called back and told them I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!  He told me that he had no record of call.

Received a message from phone #918-442-0338; says its not a sales call, then says call 877-395-3541.  Until I have more information, I'm not calling any numbers---whether they leave a name or not.  I was victim of iden***y theft----not calling unless I have COMPLETE information/details.

This is credit control services.  I called the number back and asked who they were and she told me credit control services, a debt collector.  She wanted to verify my number before telling me who she was and I told her without telling me who she is she is not getting my number.  I knew she was full of s**t when my phone rang back, they have caller ID and they knew I called them back.  Told them do not contact me a***n.  It is a violation for them to continue to call if you notify them that you are working with an agency and to contact that agency directly and not you.  This is what I did and I am working with an agency.

He telephoned me regarding a valid over-due debt I have with a known creditor. My overdue payments resulted from lost income due to illness.
