I received this call today from a Ryan Davis stating the following "Hi this is Ryan Davis just giving you a final call. Looks like as of today you decided to waive your rights of resolving this matter on a voluntary basis. You will be notified of further actions pending our final review. Any questions, once a***n call 877-377-5320. A***n you will be notified of further actions. Thank you and good luck." Very arrogant sounding and made it sound like they had contacted me in the past. I have never gotten a call, text, email, or any other kind of communication from him before. The fact that he didn't identify the company he worked for or a reference number was a big red flag. Hopefully no one gets scammed by them.

Spam call came from a s****ed number (267)732-9420. The voicemail message was similar to everyone else stating; Good afternoon this is Ryan Davis I'm just following up in regards to the claim is still being filed a***nst you still have time to resolve this on a voluntary basis if you choose to a***n yourself power of attorney can contact us directly at 877-377-5320 thank you and have a great day.

Just left a message saying "Hi, this is Ryan Davis just giving you a final call. Looks like as of today, you decided to waive your rights to resolve of this matter on a voluntary basis. Did not identify themselves or their company. Did not identify the person that they were trying to contact. Their caller ID was out of Nashville TN (629-220-0671), but used 877-377-5320 in the message. Male voice, sounding authoritative, said that so****ing was already sent to my address and I needed to contact them back immediately to address the unspecified issue before it goes any further. Scam

Just as others have said. This is Ryan Davis and you have not responded to any of the mailings sent to your address regarding this account. You can voluntarily respond to this matter or have your Power of Attorney call us at 877.377.5320. Called and got a typical spam automated voice saying it couldn't understand me and to call back with better reception.
