I received a call from private number telling me to call this number due to legal case it provided me with reference number they also called my mom n husband. When I called they asked me to verify information then told me I took out a payday loan did not pay it back n it went to collections n it's not being investigated for check fraud, breach of contract, etc I sent the information to my lawyer but idk has anyone else gotten this
