Assume it's SPAM... Call several times a day. Won't leave voicemail... I don't answer numbers I don't know...

SCAM. Received a call saying that I owed $160 on my care credit card for the month of February. I paid the bill on February 01 in the amount of $75, which was the amount shown on the bill I received. Wanted me to make a payment over the phone and give my personal information. I could barely understand him because his English was awful. I told him to go to*****....in a nice way though!!

State they are calling to settle a complaint made by you. Then they ask for individual and then state they are a Litigation Company. When you tell them they have been calling the wrong number and harassing you and you know they are a collection agency they **** up!! Obviously they know what they are doing is VERY ILLEGAL!!!!!

This is not a scam number, my hhgreg account wasn't current because I accidentally paid my bill before the previous cycle had ended, essentially making an extra payment, they waived the fee that was charged to my account and everything is current.

Has called several times but does not leave a message, if this is from a legitimate company then a message should have been left. SPAMMERS SUX BALZ ‼️????

I received a telephone call from this telephone number. A message was not left. When I returned the telephone call, it was Synchrony Bank automatic system telling me that my account was closed, my account balance was $0.00 and no payment was due at this time. (Could this be true? Did I have a Secret Angel out there, somewhere, someone paid my bill off for me?!?! God has finally answered my prayers and blessed me.) Then the automatic message informed me that my account has been closed since 2010. Yes...I did pay off my first account with them in 2010. But, why are they calling me today, six years later to inform me of this/so****ing I was already aware of? I ***g up the telephone and called back to make sure I heard correctly. Then, I received a telephone call a***n, from this same telephone number. This time a man from India spoke with me. He was calling to tell me that my account was past due (which it wasn't, my account was current). The call was full of misinformation/inaccuracies, ending the call with him telling me the information I was protesting from the very beginning. Note to Synchrony Bank: Please get your facts straight before interrupting my Sunday with my family telling me that my account is past due when it isn't. Please train your employees not to interrupt when I am asking questions or answering your questions. Last but not least, when your employee does finally apologize for the "inconvenience" at the end of the telephone call, please ask them to at least "sound" sincere about it to me. Thank you kindly.

I don't answer unknown calls on cell, so I Googled the #. Many people say it's Synchrony Bank, but Googling the # does not come up with them, and if you go on the Synchrony Bank website, you can see this is not their#. I called the # and they wanted me to enter my acct#...have no idea why they called, so I don't have an acct#. Then they wanted my SSN#. They mentioned an account I had in 2005 (it's 2016!!) that is current and paid in full...yes, it was...and it was closed over 10 years ago! I think this is a scan fishing for SSN#s. He couldn't say why they called me, said he couldn't pull anymore accounts up without my SSN#. I told him no way I'm giving my SSN# to some random stranger that calls me and that when he figures out why he called me in the first place to go ahead and call me back. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SSN#!

The caller ID comes up either with the phone number or with Syndicate Bank (not Synchrony Bank). Calling multiple times per day with a recorded message for someone I've never heard of. I looked them up online and they are a banking ins***ution in India. My phone system does not allow me to block calls. If I don't answer they leave the recording on voice mail. So irritating! I am on the DNC registry.

They called me 2 times they have my detail information synchrony bank I have finance one mattress from that bank payments is due they took my checking account no & debit 55$ second I relies so****ing wrong going with my account I stop payments money come back in my account now I have c****e my debit card ?it is very bad

CONSTANT CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. READING I SEE IT IS CARE CREDIT & I DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WHICH MUST BE OVERDUE, MY HUSBAND HAS PARKINSON'S & OUR PHONE ANNOUNCES NAME IF AVAILABLE SO I WOULD ANSWER INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM CALL CONSTANTLY I WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. CAN'T ALWAYS GET TO THE PHONE IF BUSY WITH HUSBAND. INCONSIDERATE

Lady with a British accent asked for me....when I asked who was calling she said it was a "personal business call" . I stated I had no interested in whatever they were selling and asked them not to call a***n. We shall see
