Said my Mom owed a debt from 2001 and they had done a search of her finances and could see she could now afford it and if it wasn't paid over the phone then, they'd be taking her to court. In the state of Tennessee you cannot take anyone to court over a debt six years or older. Total scam!

Fraudulent collection company!!! Call your lawyer if you’ve ever given them money!!! They owe you!!! Fraudulent!!! Fraud charges in 2008 and in 2010!!! They try to get you to pay bills that have already been paid off!!! All kinds of tricks up their sleeves!!!

DirectV. Calling re bill which is not even due. They call all the time. Send them a complaint email from their site. If enough people do this maybe they'll stop.
