Call your state's attorney generals office and report them, then call the FBI they have a site they can direct you to just for this type of thing. It is called IC3.org, you can file a complaint through that site for scammers like this

Get at least 2 calls a day from this number! When I call it back it dusconnects!? I suggest everyone get an app called YouMail. You can actually set any number you want on a list so when it calls you they get the "you have reached a number that has been disconnected... etc," message!!
