These people have called my cell phone and left messages that I had a formal complaint against me that they were about to take legal action with the courts if I didn’t call back. They called my ex husband and one of my children saying the same thing. They ask my exhusbamd for the last four digits of his social security number to make sure they were talking to the right person. I looked them up they had high scam alerts. I called them back the man was horribly rude and wanted the last four of my social security number but i refused and said i have this case number from your company he said he had to have social security number to give me any information I said why would i give you anything if you won’t answer my question with this case number. He was very agitated when I ask the name and location of his office. He then told me to just get ready to go to court.
