This is a debt collector. They left a message from "Chase". My mortgage company is JPMorgan Chase so I called right back thinking they were calling about my mortgage. They asked for my address which I happily gave them, duh..... They then told me they were looking at an $18 medical bill I hadn't paid (news to me!). I caught on pretty quick and asked if she was from Chase Bank and she said no. I responded saying "oh, so you call people and make them think you are from their bank". She denied this. I ***g up.
