Yes, yes****ay they called my daughter's cell phone, saying they were going to sue my husband for an unpaid account. That number was 210-607-7893. I then received a call from 877-210-9548, a Scott McNulty. This Scott said that my husband had an unpaid balance and HSBC was taking him to court and we would have to pay all the fees, etc. This would amount to over $3,000, and they would put a lien on our home. Then "M****ty" said "why don't you just pay the original balance and prevent a court appearance. HSBC has a lot of evidence on you husband." I told him to kiss my royal ____! We do not owe any balance on any account. We pay our bills early and never leave a balance of any kind. I do not know how they got my daughter's cell phone either. She was quite upset, as I was too. McNulty asked if I could prove we don't owe anyone money. He had all my husband's info. At one time our credit card was hacked and this balance apparently stayed on our credit report. We had to get new cards. I thought this was straightened out years ago. These fly-by-night agencies buy old lists and try to recoup the money. We were victims at that time, but HSBC never removed our name from the list. M****ty also said that they sent us a notice in December, which we never received. He said he would call back on Monday. I won't hold my breath. These people need to be stopped, and I am just in the mood to do it. On Monday, I will call every state agency I can think of. When I call both numbers, I get a 'fast' busy signal. Also, he gave me the name of the company as UNCI, and I did a search and it showed a **** page. Don't take these jokers seriously after that.

they called me three times in less than 15 minutes then called my sons cell phone which we dont know how they got that number, anyway, they did the same thing threatening to take me to jail, refused to identify what company they are with and for whom they are supposedly collecting for. i have dealt with ****s like this in the past and its all a scam, beware to never give out banking info to them as i have found over 1000 complaints about this number online and its all just a scam
