More than likely it's google and you may have signed up for a trail of grant information or say a work from home business that only charges a small fee and by the time the trail is up you forget about it and get charged. The company is within their right to charge you if you agree to this contract but I did have a similar situation that I charge $100 when I didn't agree about it. My suggestion is fight it but in the future be sure what you entering into.

I got this charge of $72.21 on my credit card as well. The issuing bank told me that their information says so****ing about "educational opportunity." However, I did not authorize this charge. I cannot remember that I called these people nor that I visited their website. THE PHONE COMPANIES SHOULD CLASSIFY THIS NUMBER AS THAT BELONGING TO FRAUDSTERS!!
