To those people like Chris, who pay as they go on their cell phones, it would be cost-effective to invest in a "call filter" app for your phone. This can make it so that either the call is directed immediately to your voice mail, or the call will automatically **** up on them; whichever you prefer. I've found it to be quite effective.

I have been receiving numerous phone calls on my cell phone which I did not give out to this number. They are calling all day during work hours interferring with my job. I have written at least 6 times of this problem and it continues to happen. I am a pay as you go customer so each time they ring my cell it is costing me 25 cents. That adds up when it rings all day. I cannot get this to stop.

Accounts Receivable Management LEFT A MESSAGE on our voicemail for *name of person*. The message states that if we are not *name of person*, to **** up immediately. Otherwise, we "acknowledge we are *name of person*". They LEFT A MESSAGE - how would our answering ma****e know 1) to **** up or 2) that we aren't who they are looking for? Talk about privacy issues also - they left the name of the person as well as their file number.

Called my cell phone 7 times now, and they refused to tell me who it was and what it was regarding. They said they need to verify who i was first and my address. I DO NOT GIVE OUT NOR CONFIRM ANY INFO TO ANY STRANGER ON THE PHONE. And that is all they are if they refuse to verify who they are first. With all the scams, corruption, fraud, and fraudulent companies out there, NEVER give your personal or payment info to a stranger on the phone until you can verify their company and phone number on the internet and with the BBB. BUT THE FACT IS, I KNOW THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR AND I OWE MONEY, BUT IF THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH ME AND GIVE ME THEIR INFO, THEN I TOO WILL NOT COOPERATE WITH THEM AS WELL! PERIOD! I TOLD THEM TO F@** OFF! But they will not take NO for an answer nor will they let me pay 30 days later. they just keep calling back every 2 days even when i tell them i will pay, and i did pay like last year.
