S***bags don't even tell you why until the last seconds of their pitch that, yeah, it's for solar panels, like one of the other comments here said.

Telemarketers trying to sell SOLAR PANELS. "Call now for a free consolation"(sic). Spammers! Glad I didn't answer; they left a very poorly worded message and never identified themselves. Apparently, they're somewhere in Texas.
