Caller IS Fingerhut and it is a reminder to make a payment. What makes me mad is I am a customer and I already paid my bill online, it cleared my bank account AND I got a confirmation from Fingerhut that I made the payment FOUR DAYS AGO.If they do call you then call the main customer service number at 800-208-2500 and give them a piece of your mind, I did!

I just called fingerhut and asked them to stop calling me as my payment is never late and they said it was not a problem and the calls would stop. So if your on time with payments just answer the call and speak to a rep. and ask them to stop the calls.

I have had an outstanding account with fingerhut, all of the sudden they s****ed these so called courtesy calls from this # to my place of employment and continued even after I told them to stop! Now they called my home when I asked if there is a problem with my account the reply was no, I then said well then why do you keep calling me?! Their reply was its a courtesy call. They need to lookup courtesy in the dictionary because I think they have the wrong definition!I agree with Dale B they should c****e their name to Hasslehut!

Voice recording, as many of you have described above, it asked for the individual - push 1, if I need to get the individual - push 2, and if they were not home - push 3. The thing is, if this is in fact Fingerhut, which I happen to like as a company, then we are not behind in any payments PERIOD! So, it must be some telemarketing bs that they want to try and sell. Well, they can forget it!

These guys call my cell three times a day and if I don't pick up they leave silent voicemails that have nothing recorded on them...What's their deal? The first call I got was saying all this ******** about how I owed money and there was an automated voice that sounded weird and I just ***g up and thought it was telemarketers. Is there a DO NOT CALL registry for cellphones??? I need it badly!!!!

It is Fingerhut, letting you know that your payment is due. They normally call several days ahead of time in addition to sending an email. Guess they want you to pay on time so they don't have to charge you all those late fees....hmmm...that doesn't sound right.

The above number, along with 800 503-2463 is from Fingerhut reminding you of a payment owed, and they call you if the payment is one day late. I've had an account for 25 years, and if I'm one day late, they s**** calling from several different phone numbers, and they call 4 to 5 times per day. Pretty harmless call, but definately a pain in the neck. I got sick of the calls and finally called each number and the numbers I called answered "thank you for calling Fingerhut".

I got an automated called from this number saying they were Fingerhut and that I owed forty some dollars by Sept. 5th. I do not have an account with Fingerhut nor do I ever remember having and account with them. The person I got on the line couldn't figure it out and told me to call customer service. I contacted them and they told me they don't have me in their records that maybe it was the "new" Fingerhut that took over in 2002. Go figure!!
