(866) 750-9107
Total scam! Message stated I had su****ious activity on my credit card. My account had been closed for 2 months prior. Sounds like a criminal enterprise to me.
(866) 750-9107
Legit! Detected fraud on my account. Seriously call it back. Only required my zip code to verify.
(866) 750-9107
CONARTISTS AND CROOKS!
(866) 750-9107
this was a fraud detection ALERT!!!!! Saved my ****.
(866) 750-9107
Banks DO have fraud detection services co tracked in a growing number of cases. I have received the call before and they list specific transactions and simply ask if it was authorized. It is legit. To those saying its a scam: you aren't thinking! They already HAVE your acct number! That is how they know about the transactions.... That isnt public information! Duh...
(866) 750-9107
ridiculous scam! my brother in law is the manager at my bank and they had to send out a special notice to everyone who banks with them. your bank won't call you about ANYTHING there is however a service that does watch your transaction that will call but you have to sign up for them and usually pay a premium for it!! pure and simple use paypal or known websites for purchases and never under any cir***stances give out your information! and if you think it may be a viable source call your bank first they will let you know!
(866) 750-9107
Just got a call and message about fraudulent charges to my debit card and that a hold had been placed on my account. I called the bank before calling back and they knew nothing about it and said the account is fine. Do not give them info!!!
(866) 750-9107
Well when I called back they told me why they were calling, with the name of my bank and the last four numbers of my debut card. They said they wanted to verify if I tried making a payment to a place and the only info they asked were the last four of my ssn to verify it was me. They lady went through the last transactions to my card to make sure I authorized then, and there was one I did not authorize. the lady was very nice have her name the company she worked for and why she was calling. Its not a scam.
(866) 750-9107
Supposedly a Fraud Detection company who told me my debit card might have fraudulent activity on it. Ironic because they had no idea who my banking ins***ution was and asked me for my account number and zip code. The woman I spoke to couldn't tell me much of anything about who she worked for and gave ***ue answers like "We work for many banks." When pressed, she stated her company was out of North Carolina but not much else - couldn't even give me the company's phone number.
(866) 750-9107
Do not be fooled by the comments claiming this is a legitimate company - it is a phishing scam. No reputable bank is ever going to call you and ask for your account information. The people who claim this company is legitimate may very well be working for the scammers.
(866) 750-9107
scam. plain and simple.
(866) 750-9107
Totally fraudulent. When you ask who they work for the woman told me " thousands of banks" and told me there "may be fraudulent" activity on my account. She offered to****ist me if I'd only be so kind as to provide her my account number. Couldn't tell me her corporation's phone number either. Got rather defensive with me when questioned and told me to call my bank, which I did. They had no idea what I was talking about. Total SCAM.
(866) 750-9107
This is a legit call. There were charges on my debit card that the bank thought su****ious. This service can save you from a world of heartache. They will call you at all hours if the charges look odd, but that's a good thing. Time is important in these matters.
(866) 750-9107
Just called and said they were fire detection! Based on other comments about bonk fraud I think they are spam and phishing
(866) 750-9107
Missed call twice. Call back and automated recording asked for a pin that was left on voicemail. There was no voicemail left.
(866) 750-9107
Legitimate fraud detection company.. Unauthorized bank charges
(866) 750-9107
Legitimate fraud detection company, calling to verify charges on my bank card. Asked only for my zip code. Read off my recent charges for confirmation. Not spam!
(866) 750-9107
Not fraud; legit
(866) 750-9107
Thought it was spam. But they read off my last three charges. They were making sure it was me using my card on the ps3 network. Also never asked for more then my zip code and my zip code only.
(866) 750-9107
Total scam
(866) 750-9107
This is not SPAM! This is a legit call. At first it was an automated call but after it c****ed to a real person. Asked for my zip code and address which I did give for some reason . . . Yes I know I shouldn't. They were calling from a fraud protection agency. The call was about my debit card and there was attempted charges on my card from out side of the country. They were checking to see if I made the charges or not. I did not give them any bank info they gave me the info and just asked me to verify, yes or no, if they were my charges or not. I happy to have this company looking out for my debit card.
(866) 750-9107
Idk
(866) 750-9107
Called, asked for my zip code, then wanted to confirm my address, which I did not give them. I asked if they were calling from my bank. They said they were the fraud detection department. I had never heard of them, so I called my bank directly. There are su****ious transactions on my account, so my bank is issuing a new card. Scam or not, I was able to speak to my bank and take care of this issue.
(866) 750-9107

the number keeps calling my cell phone but they dont leave a message..
(866) 750-9107
Left auto telephone message to inquire about recent activities about my ATM debit card. Sounded scam.
(866) 750-9107
I've received a call from this number twice today, but I don't answer these type of calls. I find it hard to believe that people from all over with different financial ins***utions would get a legitimate call from the same number. My financial insitution emails me about su****ious activity and as a back up ****od, when I log into my account, there is an alerts section which will show that they've attempted to contact me for various reasons. I would not verify or give out ANY information to someone that called me. I don't care who they say they are or what info they already have.
(866) 750-9107
I recieved 2 calls from this number on my cell phone and it was for a Mr. Ferguson. In the first call it said if this is not Mr. Ferguson press 2. I pressed 2 but received a call the second time. I did not answer the second call but it left a message for Mr. Ferguson to call them back and gave a code number to enter. I will not be calling and I will check with my bank in person.
(866) 750-9107
I am another voice in the LEGIT CALL camp. I received a message on my voicemail regarding my credit union account. They provided a 6-digit message code for me to enter when I called back. They only asked for that number and my zip code prior to verifying three recent purchases. I contacted the credit union's lost card department and they confirmed that they use this automated system. It seems to be used by smaller banks and credit unions. I googled the number and saw the ongoing debates about the legitimacy of the call but I also found the number listed on the fraud FAQ page of a bank at http://www.germanamericanbancorp.com/index.ph ... ticle=139&bid=7
(866) 750-9107
this number showed up on my caller Id and left a voicemail. It was a recording telling me I had some recent activity on my debit card and it may have been put on hold & to contact them right away so they can fix the problem. funny thing is my bank is a very small local ***nch and is only based on this little island I live on. Of course I called my bank and told them the situation and they told me not to contact that number. My account was not frozen and had no su****ious activity. So anyone saying this is legitimate is part of the scam. report it and get them stopped. we don't need anymore stress in our lives and these guys are trying to steal our hard earned money so they can make a quick buck? shame on the person who's the head of this fraudulent company I hope you get whats coming to you.
(866) 750-9107
It's a SCAM. I called my bank, and they said their fraud people NEVER use an automated message. They only call in person. This number is not listed anywhere or connected to any company. Anyone who says it is not a scam has either already been duped, or is part of the scam.
(866) 750-9107
This is a scam, they called on behalf of Keesler Federal Credit Union. I ***g up and asked Keesler. They said that number is a known phisher.
(866) 750-9107
We've been receiving calls from this number all hours of the day. My wife finally answered it the other day, and it was an automated system telling her that she had su****ious activity on one of her ATM cards. It did not say the type of card, nor did it reference the issuing bank. She requested an operator, but refused to provide any personal information as they kept asking for address information, etc.We had fraudulent charges on a card over a year ago, and we were contacted immediately by a representative of the issuing bank and the matter was quickly resolved and new cards were issued. Therefore, we suspect that the calls originating from this number are a phishing scheme being used to obtain personal information for future fraudulent activity. If the bank suspected fraud, they would contact you with a live representative and make it clear upfront which bank they were with and identify the card in question. The people calling from this number refuse to provide any information until you provide personal information about yourself. THEY ARE A FRAUD!The posts you see on this page claiming that this is a good service are posts from the party responsible for this phishing scheme! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!If you have any doubts about fraudulent charges, call your banks directly and question them. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY ANY ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! NOT EVEN YOUR ZIP CODE!Call the FBI immediately!
(866) 750-9107
got a call from this number early in the morning and got the message asking me to call the number and enter the pin they gave me. so instead i called my bank and they told me it was a phishing scam. the posters saying its not a scam are part of it of course probably all from the same guy, iv seen his posts on a few sites now with the same wording in his comments. beware
(866) 750-9107
This is legit! The company is called Fiserv, the program is called eNFACT. Its a fraud detection program, 1,000s of FI's across the US use this company's products for bill pay, lost and stolen card reporting as well as fraud detection. If you don't believe the automated system, call 1-800-262-2024, which is the direct line to speak to an operator. If your FI wanted, you would recieve a call directly from a person, but it is directly up to your FI and the type of coverage they want... So go ahead, be an idiot and ignore the call about fraud on your debit card.
(866) 750-9107
This number appears to be legit after calling my bank. The problem is, all commercial banks should notify and educatetheir customers through mail, email or phone. Banks should at least mailor email new affiliates to all customers.
(866) 750-9107
Received this call today while at work...I ignored it and funny, no message was left. I will be contacting my bank.
(866) 750-9107
I dont know if this is a scam or not i didnt get the call my inlaws did and they wanted me to call i went to call and they wanted a number from the message they didnt leave a number so went to bank they said nothing was wrong with my card so just really fishy i wouldnt trust them dont give any info just monitor your account and talk to your bank to many scams these days
(866) 750-9107
This was legit, though I was su****ious at first. I called them and put the code in, they came on line shortly after and s****ed asking me about some charges on my debit card which were out of the ordinary. They were all my charges, so no harm done. Also, this company is contracted by my credit union for fraud protection and they are located in New Jersey. The do not ask for your account number, or any thing like that. If anyone asks for your account number when they are calling you, then you should **** up. Anyway, this is a legit call.
(866) 750-9107
I tried to use my debit card and I was told there was an error. I received a call from this company. I waited on hold 3 minutes and decided to call my bank. My bank told me they hired them and my card was locked because there were 3 transactions on my account in one day so in order to unlock it I have to call them back. I am not crazy about this but I guess there is no way around it.
(866) 750-9107
Well these "Scam Artist" are still at it. Have already gotten 3 phone calls today. W***ver these "s*** bags" are, they need to "chill". We have placed a call to the FBI per our bank and our local telephone service rep., wating for a call back from the FBI. These type of "s*** bags" are too lazy to hold down a job. If these "s*** bags" are every caught, they need to be turned over to "Sheriff Joe". I am sure most "law abiding" folks know who "Sheriff Joe" is.
(866) 750-9107
Got a call at home # from this # 866-750-9107..recorded msg...need card # and zip code. Call was for my son...did not have card #...input zip code...gave last 3 transactions...Called son at work...he freaked...he called the bank...no unusual activity on his acct and certainly not from the United Kingdom where the "unusual activity's last 3 charges took place"...The people that are saying this call is legimate is full of you know what...they are just part of the "scam team". I have personally contacted our bank and they advise not to give this 866-750-9107 # ANY INFO - DO NOT GIVE THIS #, RECORDING OR SO CALLED "LIVE PERSON" ANY INFO. TELL THEM THANKS AND THAT YOU WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR BANK, LISTEN HOW FAST THEY **** UP OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TALKING-INTERRUPTING YOU-THAT "THEY" ARE YOUR BANK. THAT IS THE BIGGEST LINE OF "BS"...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR-A BIG FAVOR - **** UP AS FAST AS YOU CAN. PROTECT YOURSELF!!!
(866) 750-9107
The writers above who are saying this is a legitimate call are part of this scam. This is NOT a legitimate call. They are trying to obtain account information. Per my personal banker, DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS CALL. Instead, report it to the proper authorites, as I have done. Then we will shut these crooks down.
(866) 750-9107
I got a call from this number and it was a good call. It listed the most recent 3 transactions I made about 5 minutes after I made the most recent one. I was connected to an operator within about 3 minutes. She confirmed she was with my bank. She asked for confirmation of the last 4 digits of my SS#. I gave her the wrong one and she said it was not what she had on file. I then gave her the correct 4 digits and she listed the last 10 transactions I had made and the dates I made them on. She had access to my account so I think it was a good call.
(866) 750-9107
If this caller is, as claimed above, not a scam and are a legitimate service, they certainly aren't a very effective one. If this were actually from any legitimate bank, they would send a written notice. One would think that if the matter where actually important, a real person would call. By the time this automated message got through our introductory message and to the switchboard, the only part of the message I heard was the number, so I have no idea who the call is supposed to be from and why they are calling. A***n, if these agencies expect a response, they should at least try to make an effort to speak to someone. Automated calls like this can only attest to their laziness and su****iousness, and if they won't put forth an effort to contact us, why should we?
(866) 750-9107
This was actually a GOOD call that I received from my Bank. I had accidentally tried to get money out of a savings account instead of a checking account at an ATM and my bank called me to see if it was me making attempts or if my debit card had been stolen/lost. Nice to see the concern from the Ban****
