HEAVY southern or Texan accent.(African American) calls saying she'll be out to your address and if she cannot reach you will visit relitives and work place. Says has sealed do***ents and requires your ID. I called the number and wanted the operator. It ****s up. COMPLETE SCAM. Just wish I knew where they were at as they are Americans.
