These people at “NRG” call accusing you of committing felonies and saying you’re going to jail. They also cuss at you, and call you degrading filthy names. Whoever owns this number and pays these people to do this shit should be prosecuted.

Vacation club rep said he had info on c****es to our flights booked on June 29. Didn’t know our membership number and asked for personal info. I kept asking “What vacation club?” and “Who are you?” and he put me on hold and I ***g up. I called our vaca club and they said it was definitely a scam.
