it's UHC calling for any number of things, but it IS also a robo-call, and they ask you to verify who you are, then to verify your date of birth.... they call my house every ****ing day to "offer me a valuable service" and they're trying to get me sign up to some nurse/care line program... doesn't cost anything, but it's just some bullsh*t program where they are trying to get you to manage whatever condition you have

Follow-up on previous post. It is UHC. Best way to proceed is to call the phone number on the back of your UHC card and ask to speak with a customer service rep directly. Have them check the number to confirm that it is in fact a valid UHC phone number. You can request they put you on their Do Not Call List to avoid future calls. They where very helpful in doing so for me.

It is UHC. NEVER give your bday or ssn over the phone when somebody calls you. It's ok if you call them, then tell you. Anyways just call the number on UHC, they'll sk whatever they need. Worth a call. They needed to verify that I had no other insurance. They do this once a year.

I actually returned the call. They DID ask for DOB but not SSN. Healthcare questions. If this is "phishing", someone went to a LOT of trouble!
