Not 100% sure, but it makes sense to me that this is Bank of America. They have a very aggressive and robotic calling process, where a computer dials numerous times daily, but doesn't connect to a person until long after you have answered and waited for them. Then they put you through a lengthy Q&A for security purposes, but of course, this only freaks people out more, because we're afraid it's a Scam.
