Is that true? They said, they made numerous attempts to contact me. But! I never got one thing. Except this call saying in order to stay out of court tomorrow. I have to give them $500 over the phone. The woman I spoke with her ext is 131.

Called about a lawsuit for $5000 from a shopping network. Even knew my SSN last four digits. They s****ed negotiating a lower amount and I told them I had no money. They said they would call me back the next day, that was May 21at and I haven't heard back. This is the second time this has been tried in me. Beware because I'm a retired senior citizen and I'm sure they knew this.

Same as the rest, civil action about to be filed, left a case # and this 866 number to call back. I have a recording app on my phone so when I called, I told them, "this is a recorded line." They replied, "then I'll be ****ing up." Reported them to better business bureau. Never heard from them a***n.

This is a scam, I have a scam blocker for telemarketers on my phone, so they called my wife. It is a complete scam, stating to avoid coming to my employment and litigation, to call back and give a case number...please do not call back..
