This company has gone through a number of name c****es and now is goes by the name of Seterus. They now attempt to block their caller ID information to keep from being identified. They are one of the major mortgage servicers/debt collector for FNMA and are owned by IBM. They will often call homeowners of mortgages they service several times a day and not leave messages in an attempt to get you to answer their calls and ambush you with what you want. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the calling several times a day can be harassment. It is also a violation of the FDCPA to not identify themselves when they call. This also confirms their harassment to get you to answer for their ambush. Yet they cannot always hide their caller information. I have a VoIP provider and these incoming calls show up on my call logs. Some of you may also have such or other services that log their incoming calls. If I can get two more homeowners who have been abused this way by Seterus I have one of the top plaintiffs law firms in the country considering a class action a***nst this unscrupulous and abusive company for this and other abuses by this company, stop these practices and obtain compensation for these and other abuses. If you have a phone provider that has call logs please check them for this number. If they show more than a few calls in a single day by Seterus, please save these logs and contact me at [email protected] with your name, email, phone # and call logs. If you do not have a phone system that can identify and log these calls, get one. All I need are two more people with evidence and we can subpoena all their phone records and get them on every homeowner they've harassed in this manner up to the applicable statute of limitations. A***n, my email is [email protected]. I will also be able to let you know who my provider is and if you want to use them to gather evidence a***nst Seterus. Do not block their calls. Let them continue to call and dig a deeper hole for themselves. Gather evidence a***nst them and let's hold them responsible. You have much more to ***n this way.

It is IBM Lender Services, which acquired mortgage services from Metlife and First Horizon. My employer has received repeated calls from them, but the call disconnects when I answer the phone. Since they haven't asked for anyone, I have no idea who they are trying to reach. I don't have a mortgage, so I know it isn't me.
