I finally answered one and told them "she isn't here, can I take a message" (which is my standard for unknown numbers that keep calling) - he responded with the fact that it wasn't an emergency (which had never crossed my mind) and he would call back.After looking around more on-line, I found you can call this number and have your number removed from further offers - take only a moment to follow the prompts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS!!

Thanks for the opt-out number. I never knowingly set the preferences they described!! Anyway my MO with all unsolicited calls is to find out who they are, then if it's not important, ask them to hold and walk away from the phone until they give up and I hear the phone beeping. With any luck this gets me on some kind of blacklist and they don't call a***n.

I get the same calls. They're ALL affiliated through my mortgage company... Wells Fargo. I've fired off several nasty emails to their customer service dept. demanding them to cease-and-desist. Ugh. I work for Wells Fargo Bank and I know that we are (at least I am)extreeeeemely careful about calling our customers. If they say, "Sure! Call me!" but I fail to have them sign the consent form, I can't call them based on a verbal okay.This is horrible. I'll call them today.
